Join us for one of our weekly worship services:
Holy Communion is celebrated on the first and third weeks of the month and on other feast days.
We celebrate Holy Communion as instituted by Jesus the night before He died for our sins. We believe that the very Body and Blood of Jesus is given with the bread and wine in this Sacrament, for the forgiveness of sins and to strengthen our faith. Our Communion practice is in keeping with 1 Corinthians 11:26-29.
Because those who eat and drink our Lord's body and blood unworthily do so to their great harm and because Holy Communion is a confession of the faith that is confessed at our altar, any who are not yet instructed, in doubt, or hold a confession differing from that of this congregation and the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, and yet desire to receive the Sacrament are asked to first speak with the pastor.
Sunday services and daily devotions are also available through YouTube and Facebook (links found at the bottom of every website page).
If you would like to receive the Word and Sacrament in your home to make sure your faith remains strong and your inner peace and faith controls your outlook, please call Pastor Nowak at (516) 477-1770. Let us know what is happening with your family so we can keep caught up as if we were at church.
